But it should work there also.

I'll look into the issues; some are really missing, others like ext2/3 are 
replaced by a common driver like ext4 supporting ext2 and ext3 as well, others 
are provided AFAIK (hwmon, i2c), though special modules might be missing.

Of course what's needed, will be added to 5.2 series.

Again the suggestion the suggestion to users , pls test early to get it fixed 
ASAP - 5.2 is nearly a year old...
