Hi Vladimir!
I found the problem.
The initrd prebuilt section contain old modules, and when linuxrc is loaded
this modules crashed.
"/usr/src/wdist/build/bin/initrd/prebuilt-initrd/boot/lib/modules"
After copy my compiled modules to prebuild dir and make image, the kernel
boot correct.
