Hey Hoejin,

Are you able to move any players, or do they all give you that message?  I
notice that only some accounts have a member id (which I think is a result
of it letting the user log in immediately after signing up).  Otherwise the
only thing I see in the database is a survey_completed field that is set to
N for most people.  Not 100% sure what that is.

That said, it's odd that this worked before, and has stopped - has there
been someone making changes to the LR stuff at all - does it work in /oldlr
?  I know you were thinking about getting someone from LR to make some
changes..

For the paid/unpaid thing - do you mean the teams can't be toggled, or the
players?
