One thing that amuses me in a perverse fashion, is that all the news stories talk about how "Time specialists", "Timekeepers", "Scientists" etc are "deciding the fate etc." when in fact almost all the delegates who can vote are diplomats, and the non-voting delegates are almost entirely broadcast and telco industry people.
