I think I'm probably the person on this list who lives closest to the Prime Meridian, at 0.027066 degrees east according to Google Maps (I used to live at 0.011605 but moved house). I'm in favour of using "the existing noon-alignment knob (time zones) to keep noon at 12" if relevant local authorities want it to be (a lot seem to want noon at 13). -- Clive D.W.
