Hi,
using the the German date format would be nice, but the
proposed the solution breaks the Y directive for me, which
I have come to appreciate lately.

I've added the proposed --input-date-format %d/%m/%Y to
my ~/.ledgerrc.

This is what I have now:
Y2005
03/15 Exxon
  Expenses:Auto:Gas 10,00 €
  Liabilities:MasterCard -10,00 €

This does also work, but seems odd:
Y2005
03.15 Exxon
  Expenses:Auto:Gas 10,00 €
  Liabilities:MasterCard -10,00 €

This does not work, but would be my German way
of thinking about dates…
Y2005
15.03 Exxon
  Expenses:Auto:Gas 10,00 €
  Liabilities:MasterCard -10,00 €

Any idea on how to solve this one?

Cheers,
Alexis
