Hi everyone,

Sorry if this is a bit of a newbie post. I have an account with multiple
commodities (stocks) representing my portfolio and am wondering if there is
a way to display the portfolio performance over time. Similar to how the
"register" command shows the account balance changing over time, is there
an analogous way to use a price database to generate a similar view of how
the portfolio's total market value changes with time?

I looked at the manual section 8.2.7 (Commodity Reporting), but there
didn't seem to be an option to show the commodity valuation on a certain
day, as the market value flag (-V) only shows the "Current" market value,
which as far as I can tell, is the newest entry in the price database. The
(-G) option also seems to operate from the price purchased to the newest
market value, which makes sense. Is there any way to pass arbitrary dates
to these options?

I'd love some guidance, thanks in advance!
