Yesterday, we released 1.3.28-rc1 which includes some possibly
workflow-breaking changes in cases where javascript fails. for this reason
wide-testing is important.
Unfortunately the release included some debugging code that included
potentially breaking new dependencies. This has been corrected and RC2 has
been released with the sole change that the requirement of Carp::Always has
been removed (Carp::Always changes the error handling to include a stack
dump with every die message). Anyone who has RC1 working can continue to
test on this version but if you have not installed one yet and would like
to test and has been unable to do so because of this added dependency
should download RC2. Anyone who has not started testing yet should do so
on RC2.
