Given Bob's bug (Reconciliation.sql not loading), I would like to get
1.3.32 out as soon as is reasonable.
I will be putting together a package of 1.3.32-rc1 today. Tomorrow I will
probably ask for release feedback, and I would like to release if no
problems are found in two days.
Are there any objections?
