The change has been committed.
Generally what to do is to run the setup.pl file again on your db. It will
detect the version, load schema changes, and reload stored procedures.
Since you partially fixed this on your own, you will want to take a look at
the final transaction in sql/modules/Fixes.sql and apply those changes you
have not yet applied to your database.
