In 1.3 we decided to put the invoice, etc. templates in the db for easier
editing and management (and so that editing them would not need to write to
the file system to edit templates. As of 1.4, the templates can now be
edited in the db, allowing for far more secure web server setups (where all
writeable data is in the database).
Further tasks include adding an HTML editor for the HTML templates and
more. However this is a significant step forward.
