That probably misunderstands the bug report. Maybe I wasn't clear on the
report.
What happens is that a tax account can be selected for ar and/or ap tax.
This has an effect on the ar/ap transaction screen but no effect on the
contact screen. So you can apply a tax to a customer and never have it
applicable to anything on the ar side which can cause confusion or worse,
thinking you are charging taxes when you aren't.
