Hi everyone;
Erik has discovered a sales tax rounding bug which affects all versions of
1.3. This has been corrected along with a fix to a fix (since we were
doing an rc2 anyway, this made sense).
Anyway, I have released it. It fixes the changelog entries, fixes two
issues relating to sales tax. Please download and test this, as it will be
a strongly recommended upgrade.
