Right now the RPM build script has been broken by changes relating to our
move to github. I am in the process of revisiting these.
I know Fedora lacks a number of the RPMs of the perl modules we require. I
don't know of anywhere that includes them and I find they break when I
upgrade Fedora so I am no longer actually running the rpm versions.
I will be checking but I think we removed the need for Contextual Return,
so double checking this.
