First, 1.2.0-rc5 has a serious sales tax handling issue.  Please
upgrade to a properly released version at your earliest convenience.
We will not support it.  Period.

This poses  a few issues.  I don't think it is practical in the short
term.  You are welcome to submit a patch if you want, however.

We have received some other cool patches heading for the 1.2.x branch. :-)

There is a saying, "Less is More."  I think that each setting we add
needs to have a case behind it.  The last thing we want is a program
that is as configurable as, say, Oracle.  But hey, if you want to pay
me to help you navigate the configuration options, who am I to argue,
but it shouldn't be a requirement.
