1.2.99 is /trunk/.  At the moment it i too unstable for anyone not
deeply involved in development to try.  This is mostly due to the fact
that we have a new security infrastructure in place but not all the
tools for manipulating it work.  Please use released versions or
branches/1.2 for the moment unless you would like a great deal of help
getting it installed :-)
