I would try untarring 1.2.10 over the top again. 1.2.11 will probably be
out shortly as well.
This sounds to me like some files were downloaded or updated from svn
/trunk. The question is how/why and this is probably specific to your
system (if it wasn't you would have seen it after the initial
1.2.10installation).
