Looks like you left out the 'lpr' command. Here's my printers section form ledgersmb.conf.
[printers] # Available printers Default = lpr Laser = lpr -P NEC Epson = lpr -PEpson The Default entry simply prints to whatever printer is default on my local machine. "lpstat -a" (lists all printers) and "lpq" (shows queue status of printers -- default printer if no printer specified) may be your friends here.
