Same problem.  Not able to create dataset from the ledgersmb within 
webbrowser.

Using:
Host: localhost    Port: 5432
User: ledgersmb            Password: ledgersmb password assigned during 
createuser
Connect To: Template1
Superuser: postgres        Password: password for postgres superuser
