Hello Hugh, I've just upgraded from SL 2.6.27 to LSMB 1.2.16
I think this is the recommended path. There were some data base nissues, and I'm not an expert so I employed Chris to do the difficult parts. YMMV, but he was able to do it within an hour including the time it took for me to explain what was going on (on line), so I'm assuming it wasn't desperately difficult.
