To keep it simple, but general, could we have the option when printing
invoices to select from a list of templates, rather than just having the
one? That way we could have templates called "First Invoice", "Reminder",
"Overdue", etc.

This is what I end up doing at the moment, albeit in a manual way, which
works but is rather long-winded. A simple drop-down on the invoice page
would be perfect.
