Looking for clarification. If one user sets up in Preferences the Date
Format to be dd/mm/yy, and another user sets their Preferences as mm/dd/yy,
when entering a date such as the Starting Date on the Customer Accounts
page should each user enter that date in the format that they specified in
Preferences? In other words, the first user would fill out this field with
the date in the dd/mm/dd format, while the 2nd user would enter it using
mm/dd/yy?
