To back out of the upgrade, you must use the 1.3-1.2.sql If that works,
then you should:
drop schema lsmb13_fail;
However don't do that until 1.2 is confirmed working again.
Note, the 1.2-1.3 upgrade process is non-destructive. All of your old data
(plus some maps to new data) is there in the lsmb12 schema. It just got
renamed out of the way.
