First Matteo now Ormsby having a go and and Eddie being very
ambivalent.......
Something is really wrong.
Too many small signs.

"Leeds United legend Brendan Ormsby answers your questions.

Brendan, it seems as though Aidy White has disappeared off the scene. Do
you rate him and would you give him a chance?

MORLEY WHITE

I DO like Aidy as a player and feel as though he should get a chance. He is
very quick, one of the things you need as a full-back. He’s still learning,
but you only get experience by playing. He has had a few games and been
loaned out, but they still seem to think he’s not good enough at the moment
and keep bringing loan players in.

Why not give him a chance? Sink or swim, throw him in. What Aidy needs to
do, if Leeds aren’t going to play him, is move. Not on loan, but permanently
and start playing on a regular basis. You only get so much from going out on
loan.

I do think Aidy and Ben Parker are two good young full-backs for the future
and I was surprised Aidy didn’t even get any time in the Newcastle friendly.
It was a farce anyway, with all the substitutions.

If I was him, I’d be looking at my own future with O’Dea coming in on a
season-long loan and Ben in front of him. Once you’ve had a taste of
first-team football, which he did at Oldham, you can’t settle for
reserve-team football."
