Sickening watching. As you say, we totally dominated the first half and Ipswich looked woeful. As far as I could see of the sending off (from right up in the corner at the opposite end of the ground) the Ipswich player pushed White over and then fell over his body, so definately not a deliberate foul, but I'll have to see it again on the Football League show. Straight away Grayson sent O'Brien on for Mc.Cormack, while O'Dowd went to left back and Keogh was left as the lone striker, so we lost the formation that has served us so well in the last couple of games. We tried to fall back on defence for the rest of the game, with inevitable results, though the second goal was a flukey deflection that sent the ball looping over Lonergan into the net. We still could have snatched something if we'd made better use of our breakaways towards the end. Gradel fell over in a vain attempt to win a penalty, and right at the death sent over an awful cross rather than pulling it back to an unmarked Nunez, which led to the two of them squaring up to each other just after the final whistle. A very frustrating day all round. Tim W.
