Bottom line there are four players who you know what they're supposed to be doing. Connelly, Lees, Clayton and Snodgrass. Only Conolly and Snodgrass are a sorted combination. That's chaos for a team with pretensions for promotion. No organization anywhere. It's not about buying its about managing and Grayson is not doing that.
