One home win in seven. No good form even when we win. No one has a clue who are 
the best back four. Ditto  best mid field permutation. What can you say about 
the offense? 
Bottom line there are four players who you know what they're supposed to be 
doing. Connelly, Lees, Clayton and Snodgrass. Only Conolly and Snodgrass are a 
sorted combination. 
That's chaos for a team with pretensions for promotion.
No organization anywhere. 
It's not about buying its about managing and Grayson is not doing that.
