Hi
Suppose that someone bought Leeds United and all the associated properties.
At a later date it became apparent that previous disclosures and
declarations or to the league or HMRC had been wrong and involved a fine
or punishment [ point deduction or worse]
Who would have to pay that fine or punishment?
Or put another way is it possible to avoid disclosing previous erroneous
disclosures and still sell without jeopordising the future owner?
