Well, in all seriousness, by all laws of probability, he has to pop his clogs
soon.

Subject: [LU] Stitch up?

I was speaking to a mate of mine about ownership of Leeds, and the potential
for someone buying Bates out, and he sent me the following reply.

"Dream on about a buy-out. No body will touch us, simply because they don`t
know what they are buying. If they buy the club, players etc, and then find out
that Bates actually owns the ground that wasn`t offered in the sale, and they
still have to deal with the twat all over again...then they buy the ground
separate and then check the smallprint and find out that KB still owns a box or
a hotel room(as he did/does at Chelski ) and through it controls any further
development or change. Chelsea cannot close that hotel at their ground despite
it losing money, without buying KB`s room, and ol` KB wants a fortune for it!"

Is this true what he says about Bates and the hotel and Chelsea?  If it is, is
Bates attempting to stitch us up in exactly the same way?  More grounds to
despise the bloke if true.
