The problem I have is that any decent manager is not going to come whilst Bates is in charge. Bates is only going to appoint someone who he thinks is going to be a "yes man". If this happens then I can see us ending up closer to League One in the future than the Premier League. The moment any manager critisizes Bates publicly they will be out the door. I cannot see managers like Warnock etc working with Bates or Bates tolerating their outspokeness. The sooner we can get Bates out the better for Leeds United.
