Ian, I would have expected better from you. Yes I stand my corner, no I am not going to sit here watching someone rip the same people to pieces all the time and offer an alternative viewpoint - and for the record its not just me who does that.
In my opinion Rich cannot debate, he has his views, and they may be justified in his eyes, and lots may agree with him, but life/football isn't as black and white as he painted it. His answer to any difference of opinion was to call you clueless (or worse), or say your opinion isn't valid because you haven't been to ER for every home game or whatever. And to Marks point, reposting a private email to the list is bang out of order, goes against every level of netiquette since Berners-Lee had an idea over cornflakes. I don't care if you agree with me or not on any issue, if I send an email to someone off list it should stay off list.
