Would depend what was on the table. If he's been offered megabucks from KB and only Championship clubs are interested in his services then I'd tell him to stay put. If it's megabucks and Premiership clubs are sniffing or it's peanuts and anyone else is offering more I'd tell him to get the hell out of there.
