I'm all for a Constitution, mate. Its better that we have it over on this side of the pond than if we did not. But your Constitution is only as good as the Supreme Court that's interpreting it. Ours has decided that corporate purchase of elections is perfectly alright and sanctioned by the Constitution. Don't recall that from my Constitutional Law classes.
