I am sorry but as much as I like McDermott the man this is the final straw for 
me. I know he ha been trying to run a team at a club in ridiculous 
circumstances but in my view that excuse only goes so far. He has brought in 
largely dross (Kebe, Stewart) when he has been busy in the market and has 
consistently failed to get the best out of the players at the club. More than 
this, why on earth should we set a precedent that losing 6-0 to local rivals, 
1-5 at home to also rans and limping out of the FA cup to lower league minnows 
is acceptable? It's not acceptable to me and it shouldn't be acceptable to 
anyone at the club.

Yes, the argument is (as always) who will we get? My answer is anyone has got 
to be better than this. Brian's out of his depth and he has to go.
