Sure, his job is to win, and by and large he does that. But he seems to do it by spending €100m a year on dull, counter-attacking teams, buying established talent instead of bringing through youth players, never sticking around long enough to have to rejuvenate his ageing teams, and whinging like a little baby every time - eg Sunderland the other week - his team is beaten.
