I never understood that argument ..... The manager is not to blame for 
individual errors ? Really ? He picks the bloody team, surely the individual 
errors should be noted and rectified. Surely the people making these individual 
errors shouldn't be picked. Is it not the case that if individuals are making 
errors then there's something wrong either with the system, their position or 
morale of the player or the team. All the responsibility of the manager.

No worries though, 'cos the Hock will sort Mansfield out, no doubt about that. 
I've heard he's taken the whole team to Nandos in BirstLl for a clear the air, 
team bonding session.
