I hate the way people on this list, and elsewhere, casually hold up mourinho as the gold standard of all managers. He is actually a horrible self-important arrogant shit, and while I concede that none of those qualities necessarily prevent him from being a good manager (and yes Ok they are probably positive attributes in that context) I really don't think his record is that great given the incredible squads he has always been given to work with.
