Not sure the facts agree with your assertion about the defence. We had a wobbly 15 mins v B/ton, but prior to that we had conceded 10 goals in the preceding 11 games (not sure when Rosler was sacked, but if you cf the 11 games in Sep & Oct we let in 16.) Maybe the big problem was the absence of the much-maligned Bellusci (who Evans has reinstated)?
And I don't pay any attention to this classic internet-age gripe about "playing people out of position"..............if you're any good at football, you can play anywhere on the pitch.
