Wasnt the situation that he had a big contract from Premier League days at QPR.That contract included a clause that he got an extension once he played 30 games last season. He was first choice for QPR until Xmas.QPR then realised they werent getting promoted and couldnt afford the contract extension - so didnt play him after he'd got to 25 games. Not sure it was anything to do with his ability. I think he is fine at our level, and if it means the last of the sicknote six leaves, all the better. Matt
