The first one, "Not a Good Day to Die," is available on Barnesandnoble.com and probably just about anywhere else books are sold online. There is a different (more heavily edited) British version available from amazon.co.uk: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Not-Good-Day-Die-Operation/dp/0141014571/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1488313407&sr=1-1&keywords=Not+a+Good+Day+to+Die That British edition might also still be sold in British bookstores (or at least you can probably order it from a British bookstore). The more recent book, "Relentless Strike," can also be ordered from the amazon.co.uk (I wasn't sure if you were differentiating between US and UK Amazon), as well as a barnesandnoble.com and a lot of other online sites. It was never officially separately published in the UK. Of course, it's widely available in bookstores here in the States. Cheers!
