Did anyone go to the new Fans Zone and if so was it any good ? I quite
fancied it but my mates wanted to stay in town. Is it worth visiting later
in the season if they bring it back ?

We were too late to go before the match but as we're in NE Corner it was
open to us at half time. No real queues, helpful staff (the ones that
served me!) & some decent "anthem" tunes being played made for a decent
experience.
Also, a 2 pint (plastic) glass of Cider/Lager was £5. Compared to a single
pint for £3.90, no brainer! Me & a mate bought one + a (free) pint glass
and shared, £2.50 against £3.90.

So with a few minor improvements (directing people around it to ticket
office & NE entrances), I would say it was okay and worth a visit.

Completely agree with yours & everyone's reports, a sublime performance at
this level. At 4 nil tho, we were still asking if we were "safe" - the joys
of being a Leeds fan!

And Rich, love the fact that you were there with your "old man" and your
Daughter, just what great memories are made of. My (late) Dad took me when
I was a kid, I took both my kids when they were little and still go with my
son who has now had a son himself. I now look forward to me, my son and
grandson going to matches together! I just wish my Dad was still here to
be with us. MOT
