Unless you know these places well and the dynamics then the PR disaster is the uninformed speculating and assuming. And of course it is a PR disaster because we make it one The last british Ambassdor to Burma ( not Andrew Patrick the current one was a Leeds fan) There is clearly method to this, it’s an odd choice which I don’t get but it shouldn’t be a PR disaster. There will be some charitable angle to it too (helping poor kids etc..)
