If the season is cancelled and we stay in the Championship, besides all the
obvious loss of revenue from being in the prem, won't we also get less
sponsorship money from Adidas? Wasn't the kit sponsorship amount dependent on
whether we were in the prem or championship?

I see the RFU have, effectively, suspended all rugby except the
Premiership and will update on what they will do "To be fair to all"
about standings …
I'd heard a football season can be deemed complete, providing 90% of
fixtures had been completed. I haven't time to read it verbatim, but
cannot find anything in the EFL rules to suggest this. Is it true? Can
we find out? IF (Big if) this is the case, we only need to play 4 games
don't we? If the current state is extended, I would suggest the 'best
case scenario' with all the complications around players contracts and
knock on effect to next season would be to play games behind closed
doors through May and June, obviously ensuring tests are carried out on
all players and staff before each game. Then, once we get past 4 games,
we can trigger that ruling (If it exists of course!)

IF it get's to the state whereby games simply cannot be played, we are
then looking at a cancellation aren't we?

We can at least talk about it can't we, amidst the boredom!?
