Yeah Klich has been a problem since the new year - if he’s carrying an injury
then he needs to be allowed to mend, properly. It looks from last night as if
Dallas can put s shift in there…but also Pablo…that young lad who came on
recently who’s name I can’t remember.

Bielsa’s game would have worked if we hadn’t collectively left our shooting
boots at home. Bamford’s were the worst misses (and ones he would have popped
them in a few weeks ago) but he’s too important to the way the team plays to be
dropped. Tyler isn’t (yet) fast enough in his head for sustained exposure - he
might grow into it - but he also blazed two over the bar a week ago. He’s not a
finisher. Harrison and Raphinha missed decent chances yesterday…I do think
Tyler was unlucky with that disallowed effort after 3 minutes…how many
borderline VAR decisions is that now? Costa really isn’t a starting XI player
at the moment.

I think Ayling has been good enough this season to be worth a place - he was as
good as anyone in our opening 15 games or so. He’s been buggered about moving
around in a makeshift defence.

I like the look of Llorente, once he gets the basic defending bits sorted out -
it was his man for the second goal. I think him and Koch look like a good bet
for next season.

The three subs last night pushed us forward and we dominated them. Shame about
the 25 minutes leading up to half time.

We are safe. We won’t get zero points from the next 10 games. Sheff U and WBA
will be joined by Newcastle. That said, scoring a couple again would be good.

Nick
