I cannot see one earthly reason why Farke should not be allowed to continue. He’s earned it. He’s done everything asked of him.
Which brings me to the reason why ditching him would be a terrible decision - purely on business grounds - what would it say about the board if they were to fire a manager who has done everything asked of him? It would not be be a good basis for trying to recruit someone else, why would they come to a place where you can achieve all that is asked of you and still get fired? It would be a nonsense. I also note that Pablo has managed his team to victory in their league… good man.
