Paula contacted me yesterday with the following message:
'Steve going to care home, Gledhow Care Home, on Tuesday the 9th of September, to finish his dying there. He is in a male ward at the moment. Rules are different in this ward. He is ready to leave. I'm going on Monday to sign some papers to get him installed there and look over his room to see what I can bring in. I'm not taking much. Since we don't know when things are going to happen, we will just need clothes, table top fridge, and a snack box for fixing him treats or alternative meals to the menu. I want to make him as comfortable as I can.'
All our thoughts surely must be with both of them. We can only imagine what they are both going through.
