I've got access to one at the mo - which has a live feed from the Far East (China usually) & there is a website which has links to the games & its free!!
You have to download the software to view the matches - usually on PPLive or PCAST but they do work!
Mainly prem games on, but some German/Italian etc.

I've just seen an advert for one of these on-line live footy (and other sports) sites.
It reminded me that I once paid a fiver to get access to a site that claimed to show live footy. However all it had was about 1000 links on it. Half of the links didn't work, some were just links to static pages of various TV companies. Some were links to further pages of links. Others offered live footy if you subscribed - just like the site I was on.
So I guess many of those were also links to links, I never worked out how many iterations of paying a fiver would actually ever get you to a live footy webcast.
My question is: Do any of these sites ever come up with the goods? If so it might be a cheap way of watching some of the World Cup games at work. Or are they all just scams? I seem to remember someone from the list actually successfully watching a live game online once. Sky Sports I think it was?
If anyone has any links that actually work I'm not averse to paying, but I'm buggered if I'm gonna pay for a load of useless links again.
I'll take replies off list if no-one else is interested in the topic.
