I don't disagree with you on that, Eric. But (IMHO - and with the
limited
knowledge I have), it would not be right to charge those who
actually did
the shooting. It appears they were doing their job to the best of
their
ability, given the information they had. That information was
flawed, as
were their operational procedures - those responsible should be
held to
account - these men were merely doing their duty.
