At the end of the season, when we get promoted, no-one will remember the
average games or how we got our wins.
All that will be noted is the number in the "W" column
Also it seemd tha majority of Blackewell criticisms were addressed
- 4-4-2 (which didnt work lol)
Gregan on Subs bench
Decent backup keeper
Decent replacement for Hulse
Youth and pace being introduced
Slow and steady being replaced
Ah well, roll on the next set of criticisms

Will leave the match reporting to those more errrm, bothered! However,
4-4-2 as we've all wanted struggled big style against 4-5-1 with pace.
Butler struggled - full stop, Warner and Killa were magnificent. Fair play
to KB mind, changed it and countered with pulling Stone in and dropped
Healy back which nullified Naaarich so much so that we never looked in
trouble second half. Stone and Bakke were good in midfield and I was
impressed with Horsfield allowing for his lack of pace (A lot stronger
than Hulse, holds it up better) also Carole and Westlake both looked handy
when they came on.
On the downside, and I'm sure RW will ram home the fact, goal came from a
penalty (i.e. Set play!) although Horsfield should have scored but guessed
the keeper was going to get a touch and got in front of the ball.
3 points, clean sheet (somehow) OK it's not awe inspriring but I'll take
it for now. Not confident yet, but feel a lot better than I have done in
the run up to rthis game.

Cann't type much as have mates here.
However - we started with a good line up on paper, but our 4-4-2 struggled
against their 4-5-1: this allowd them a player between our back four and
the
midfield four. Derry and Bakke didn't pick him up and neither Butler not
Killa could come forward to him. Norwich were battering us and could ahve
been 3-0 ater 30mins.
KB obvously spotted this and we went 4-5-1 with Healy on the right and
stone
getting forward to support Horsefield. We had some quite good chances,
btu
Norwich had the better ones going up to half time. Silly pen to give away
-
Stone was moving away from goal before being brought down. Good pen from
Healy.
Second half Norwich came at us for 5-10mins and could have equalised, but
after that we were the much more comfortable side.
Less long ball stuff and we kept possession quite well in the second half.
Ironic that we looked better at 4-5-1 than 4-4-2.1
Players
Killa - barely a foot wrong
Stone - once he moved to central midfield.
Carole - comfortable on the ball, kept possession
Crainey - best game I've seen hium have
Warner - would like to sign him permanently
Kelly - ran and ran
Butler - some good tackles, shocking distribution
Horsefield - lacks pace, but great first touch (better than Hulse), put
himself about.
Healy - played well - looked better in the 4-5-1 than last year - got
himself into the box more
Bakke - looked knackered most of the game and I'd hoped for much more from
him
Derry - didn't start well but got better - suspect he's building up his
fitness
Lewis - ususal self - rarely beat his man and only managed a handful of
even
half decent crosses
Westlake looked tidy
Moore - ran about a bit.
A narrow 3 points against a strong side.
Cautious optimism now I think...
