Doug Ellis no longer has anything to do with Villa, Randy (What a great first name!) Lerner has just taken full control of them. Can anyoine explain a stock exchangy thing to me? Lerner has just bought 90% of Villa's shares, which means he can now assume full control by a compulsory purchase of the remaining 10%. Does he have to buy these at a set price, i.e. current market value, or do they have to accept what is offered? (i.e. he could say I'll give you 50p a share when market value is 75p??)
