My preferred question would be: "Leeds United have been crippled in recent years by having to make enormous pay outs to managers who have been failures. No other profession would reward failure in the same extravagant way as Leeds have rewarded Venables, O'Leary, Reid and Blackwell. If you are not able to turn Leeds around and thus lose your job, will you also contribute towards this cycle or would you walk away?"
He would of course refuse to contemplate failure etc... but it does bug me. Thank God we didn't get Souness - the ultimate failure / pay-out master! All those who championed him are imbeciles.
